Picture this: 17-year-old me, sitting in the tiny, cramped booth of my high school’s local news radio station, armed with a bulky laptop—but no Wi-Fi (unfortunately, my school didn’t have it). So how did I make it work? I’d make a dash across the building to the admin’s office, use their internet to load everything up, and then race back to the studio. Once there, I’d plug in, open every tab I’d need, and pray nothing crashed! At the time, I had no clue where radio would take me, and I wasn’t sure if it was my path.

Fast forward 18 years (and after countless life lessons), I hit a turning point. After years of working as a talent agent—helping others shine—I knew it was time to carve out my own path. I had all this knowledge, all these skills, but where would I channel it?
